Connecting the National Network of Family-to-Family Health Information Centers (F2Fs) Serving Families of CYSHCN

LFPP serves as the national assistance center for the network of MCHB-funded F2Fs in every state, Washington D.C., five U.S. territories, and three F2Fs serving tribal communities.  Many F2Fs are also Family Voices Affiliate Organizations (FVAOs).

Technical Assistance and Training

LFPP offers training and technical assistance to a variety of CYSHCN stakeholders including family organizations, state agencies such as Title V, other organizations serving CYSHCN, families, providers, and others.

LFPP engages in partnership building with organizations serving CYSHCN, both MCHB- and non-MCHB-funded, to identify, develop, and share best practices and resources on family engagement for all stakeholders.
