Not a whole lot is new on the health front this week, except that the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) released data showing that health insurance premiums have come down and the number of health plan choices has gone up. Congress marches on trying to figure out how to deal with funding the government past November 21, and how to develop legislation to lower prescription drug costs and protect consumers from surprise medical bills.
