This training will provide participants with the knowledge and strategies they need to advocate for meaningful, sustainable family engagement in their organizations, explore the benefits of strong family partnerships, learn how to communicate the value of engagement effectively, and develop skills to build stakeholder support. 

Identifying a Champion for Family Engagement

This training will provide participants with strategies for identifying and empowering champions who can lead and inspire family engagement efforts within their team, program, or organization.

Making the Case for Family Engagement

This training series will equip participants with the knowledge and strategies necessary to advocate meaningful and sustainable family engagement within their organizations, explore the benefits of strong family partnerships, learn how to effectively communicate the value of engagement, and develop skills to build stakeholder support.  

Sustainable Funding Models and Opportunities for Family Engagement

This training will help the healthcare team identify and develop sustainable funding strategies to support ongoing family engagement initiatives, including data and evaluation strategies.
