Language access supports better health care and family engagement for families with limited English proficiency. In this 90-minute webinar, Family Voices will discuss barriers and successes for families, health care providers, and interpreters, based on work funded by the Office of Minority Health. A panel of experts will share strategies to support the quality and use of language access services in the health care setting. This webinar will be presented in English, with live Spanish and ASL interpretation.

El acceso al lenguaje mejora la atención y los servicios de salud y la participación de las familias. En este seminario en línea de 90 minutos, Family Voices hablará sobre las barreras y logros de las familias, proveedores de servicios de salud e intérpretes, basándose en el trabajo financiado por la Oficina de Salud de las Minorías. Un grupo deexpertos hablará sobre cómo mejorar los servicios de acceso al lenguaje en el ámbito de la salud. El seminario en línea se presentará en inglés, con interpretación en directo en español y ASL.
