Palliative Care Campaign and Resources (Washington Update, August 8, 2018)

The National Institute of Nursing Research (NINR) has developed the Palliative Care: Conversations Matter ® campaign to increase the use of palliative care for children and teens living with serious illnesses. Provided on the campaign website are materials for patients and families, including a Finding Family Support Resource Card and family stories; materials for  physicians, including at The Palliative Care: Conversations Matter® Customizable Tear-off Pad; provider stories; and outreach materials, including an infographic explaining palliative care.
