American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP) Children and Youth with Special Health Care Needs (CYSCHN) Webpage: The AAP launched a new webpage dedicated to CYSHCN. The page outlines key programs, activities, and initiatives designed to support CYSHCN. It offers practical resources, tools and strategies for physicians, health care clinicians, public health professionals, and families to improve systems and supports for children/youth with disabilities, chronic conditions, and medical complexity.
