Cohort 1 of the FELSC Learning Collaborative (LC) supported five multi-disciplinary teams who learned about the Blueprint for Change and the critical area of Health Equity.  This cohort ran from September 2023 to November 2024. Each team developed a goal and initiated a project to explore and improve systems for children with special health care needs in their state, territory or Tribal Nation.
