Title: Project Support Coordinator
Reports to: Program Operations Manager
Summary: The Project Support Coordinator provides a variety of administrative support to Family Voices projects and initiatives and supports communications activities.
Position Status: Full-time with benefits; FLSA non-exempt
Compensation and Benefits: Starting hourly rate of $19.23 – $21.21/hour commensurate with experience. Family Voices offers paid time off; health, vision, and dental insurance; short- and long-term disability; flex spending plans; and a 401(k) plan with employer contribution.
Work Location: Remote with occasional travel for staff meetings and other events.  Candidates should have a dedicated home office working space.

Responsibilities

 Project Support
  • Create and track surveys as requested per provided templates.
  • Assist with project data tracking including data entry of participants and updates to project tasks.
  • Assist with data collection, entry, tracking, and processing as needed across systems in support of project deliverables/reporting and organizational evaluation/reporting.
  • Assist with maintenance of project files in Teams.
  • Assist with stipend processing and tracking as needed.
  • Assist with the preparation of project reports to funders, staff reports to the Board, proposals, and other reports as needed.
Administrative and logistical support for meetings and events
  • Scheduling and tracking participation.
  • Preparing and sharing materials.
  • Virtual meeting setup and hosting as needed, including running slide presentations.
  • Taking notes.
  • Disseminating and storing follow-up materials.
  • Tracking participants for data reporting as needed.
Support for Family Voices Communications
  • Collaborate on writing culturally responsive, family-friendly content for social media and other communications about project-related
  • Provide preliminary review of documents and materials for plain language and graphic standards.
  • Support development of copy and design for project materials and website.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Participate in project meetings as assigned and regular staff meetings
In collaboration with team members, complete assigned tasks as necessary to successfully accomplish project or Family Voices’ goals.

  • Experience using various social media platforms, including Hootsuite, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, and LinkedIn preferred.
  • Familiarity with data collection and analysis
  • Minimum bachelor’s degree and 1-2 years of related experience, preferably clerical and administrative support
  • Experience with special health care needs preferred.
