SPONSOR and ADVERTISER OPPORTUNITIES

We invite YOU to participate in the 2019 Family Voices Leadership Conference

Your partnership matters. Sponsor support ensures that the 2019 Family Voices Leadership Conference will continue to deliver critical content to promote children’s health, and supports the voices of parent/family leaders as respected partners at all tables where system improvements are discussed. A part of the dollars raised will help us provide conference registration and travel grants to enable emerging and diverse family leaders and youth with special health care needs to attend the conference.

All premier sponsors will have opportunities to:
• Meet families from every state as well as from territories and tribes
• Meet with Family Voices leadership
• Share materials and messages with conference participants
• Be recognized before and during the events with prominent event signage, and your logo on the conference website and promotional materials
• Receive a participant contact list

Additional deliverables by level of sponsorship are described below. Click here for a downloadable version of the sponsor options and benefits.

Click here for the Sponsorship Commitment Form due by April 15, 2019.
