Policy Manager

Wesley Wei, MPH is the Policy Manager for Family Voices. Wesley has a passion for advancing policy and programs that improve maternal and child health and early childhood outcomes that has driven his work across philanthropy, advocacy, and non-profits. Prior to joining Family Voices, Wesley worked at ZERO TO THREE as a policy analyst supporting multiple states with various aspects of early childhood and maternal health policy implementation and advocacy. He also has held policy positions at the Advocates for Children of New Jersey and The Nicholson Foundation where he supported projects that spanned maternal and child health, early childhood, and the intersection of both.

Wesley is extremely dedicated to implementing and advancing diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging within the organizations he works for as well as for the families and communities he serves. He has led multiple DEI initiatives, most recently at ZERO TO THREE where he was on both the policy center and organization-wide DEI committees. Wesley has also led multiple family/parent leadership councils, holding the belief that their expertise is the key to understanding and unlocking successful policy change.

Wesley holds a Bachelor of Arts in Health Administration from Arcadia University, as well as a Masters of Public Health from Rutgers University.
