Raquel Greene is an executive operations professional with more than 15 years of experience supporting C-suite leaders and building systems that help mission-driven organizations thrive. Throughout her career, she has partnered with executives across nonprofit, advocacy, and social impact organizations, providing strategic leadership in executive operations, project management, board relations, and organizational planning.
Raquel is passionate about strengthening the organizations that strengthen families. She believes that thoughtful operations and compassionate leadership create the foundation for meaningful, lasting impact. Drawn to Family Voices’ commitment to family leadership and partnership, she is excited to contribute her experience behind the scenes so that families and communities remain at the center of the work.
Raquel earned her B.A. in English from Loyola University Maryland and is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP). She lives in Maryland with her two Cavapoos, Bailey and Bentley. Outside of work, she enjoys reading, discovering new coffee shops, mentoring emerging professionals, and creating spaces that encourage leadership, connection, and personal growth.
