Chief of Staff

Maggie Liu is the Chief of Staff at Family Voices. She supports the Executive Director, Executive Team, and Board of Directors as a strategic advisor and thought partner in driving organizational priorities. As an Ops Lady with a passion for project management, Maggie plays a pivotal role across the organization ensuring communication across departments, driving key initiatives, enhancing infrastructure, and optimizing operations.

Prior to joining Family Voices, Maggie enjoyed an adventurous career which included working with the New York City government and United Nations Foundation. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and Master of Public Administration degree at Columbia University.

Maggie resides in Washington DC with her husband and two big fur babies. She enjoys hiking, cooking, eating, and rollerblading. Her life goal is to section hike the entire Appalachian Trail.
