Program Strategy Manager

Hannah Gears joined Family Voices in May 2026 as the Program Strategy Manager. Hannah brings more than a decade of experience in program and grants management in a variety of settings including nonprofit, health care, and the federal government. She holds a Master’s of Social Work with a health care specialization from the University of Pennsylvania and is passionate about building effective, equitable systems of care that support all children and their families.
 
Prior to joining Family Voices, Hannah served as a senior program officer at the Center for Health Care Strategies where she facilitated family engagement between pediatricians and family advisors, drafted statewide plans to minimize Adverse Childhood Experiences and increase Positive Childhood Experiences, and conducted strategic planning with child welfare agencies to identify strategic goals, develop objectives, and monitor progress.  Hannah also served as a social worker at St. Christopher’s Hospital for Children in the Special Healthcare Needs Department, a medical home that provides family-centered medical care and access to resources within the community.
