Grants, Donations, and Contracts Coordinator

Colleen Hanna is the Grants, Contract, and Donations Coordinator at Family Voices. She believes that equitable access to education, health, and community resources should not depend on a person’s background or ability to navigate complex systems. As a military veteran, Colleen brings both lived and professional experience that drives her commitment to working with underrepresented communities and ensuring systems are responsive, inclusive, and accountable.

Her work has focused on supporting mission-driven organizations through strategic management of contracts, grants, and institutional partnerships, with a strong emphasis on compliance, communication, and stakeholder collaboration. With a background in higher education and public service, she has led programs centered on equity, access, and student success—particularly for historically marginalized populations.

Colleen holds a Bachelor’s degree in Legal Studies and a Master’s degree in Communication and Leadership from Washburn University, as well as a Master’s degree in Higher Education Administration from the University of Nebraska–Lincoln.
