Delia Hasberry is a dedicated leader, advocate, and changemaker with over 20 years of experience serving children and families within the nonprofit sector. Throughout her career, Delia has held leadership roles across mental health, behavioral health, and social service systems, where she has consistently worked to strengthen communities, expand access to care, and uplift individuals facing complex challenges.

With a deep understanding of the interconnected nature of mental health, family stability, and social supports, Delia has built her career around creating environments where individuals feel seen, heard, and supported. Her work has spanned direct service, program leadership, and organizational development, allowing her to bridge frontline experience with strategic leadership. She is especially skilled in designing and overseeing programs that address trauma, behavioral health needs, and systemic barriers impacting children and families.

Delia’s leadership is grounded in compassion, equity, and accountability. She is known for her ability to lead diverse teams, foster collaboration among community partners, and implement services that are both culturally responsive and outcome-driven. Throughout her career, she has worked closely with families navigating mental and behavioral health systems, child-serving agencies, and social service networks, always centering dignity and empowerment in her approach.

A passionate advocate, Delia believes that access to quality mental health and social services is a fundamental right, not a privilege. She has spent decades advocating for policies, practices, and programs that promote wellness, stability, and long-term success for children and families. Her advocacy extends beyond systems to the individuals she serves, ensuring their voices are represented in decisions that affect their lives.
